Today I was looking to open another person's calendar in Beta 2. I didn't want to add them into my quick links on the left side but just look at their calendar to see what they were doing today.

I had a tough time finding it. I eventually found it through the More->Open another person's calendar.

While I absolutely love the new "Show Calendar" option in 8.5, I think there needs to be somewhere on the left side where I can "open" another users calendar, not necessarily add them to "my calendars"
